IM40 is a composition consisting of a wardrobe with a built-in Murphy bunk bed featuring an overbed structure, complete with an open wardrobe system which serves as a bookcase. Designed to furnish a small room or shared bedroom with limited space, this solution allows an entire wall to be equipped with a sleeping area. It features a Murphy bunk bed with a bench and a double study area with two compact desks.
Perfect for a guest room or a shared bedroom for two siblings, these multifunctional furnishings are organised around Oryx Up. The unit is a horizontal foldaway bunk bed that offers two single sleeping surfaces, used separately or simultaneously. Thanks to the patented opening mechanism, the wardrobe fronts are safely released and slowly lowered until they reach the horizontal position. The upper bed is equipped with a ladder and fall-protection guards, while the lower bed can be fitted with a fabric-upholstered headboard. Optional accessories are also available for the storage compartment, including integrated LED lighting or power sockets. The practicality of the bunk bed is enhanced by the integrated bench: during the lowering process, the base remains fixed and, by removing the cushions, the bed frame can be opened effortlessly. The unit is integrated into a wardrobe composition featuring floor-standing and wall-mounted storage elements, interspersed with practical open shelving units.
The opposite wall is equipped with the Palko open wardrobe system, serving as a practical bookcase with shelves, floating boxes, drawers, and smoked glass doors. The structure, which can be extensively customised in its elements, has been fitted here with two desk surfaces to create two separate study stations.
