Oryx is a single horizontal Murphy bed, perfect for optimising space and making the most of every centimetre in multi-use teenagers’ bedrooms, guest rooms or second homes. The unit is designed to integrate seamlessly with larger compositions, such as bookcases or overbed units with storage compartments.
Also compatible with mattresses measuring 120 and 140x200 cm, Oryx is a Murphy bed unit featuring a slow-release mechanism in a dark grey finish that prevents abrupt movement when opening and closing the bed compartment. This space-saving furniture unit is highly compatible with modular systems: the wall bed can be integrated into bookcases with side panels and column units with open compartments. Furthermore, a TV unit can be placed alongside it, or customised overbed systems with freestanding storage units can be added to optimise the available vertical space. The shell of the unit, available in depths of 32,8 or 45,6 cm, serves as the bed compartment and can be equipped with power outlets, built-in switches, and side-mounted LED lights.
Oryx, which can be used on its own or as part of complex modular compositions, is customisable in terms of finishes and optional features. This makes it an ideal solution for furnishing compact spaces that require a place to sleep, extractable when needed.
